No Refunds! Exchange or Store credit only within 5 days of purchase.
We strive to make sure every customer feels wonderful
about their high-quality purchase, so we rarely have an
unsatisfied customer.
HOWEVER, we understand that there may be a
case in which you need to return or exchange
your order. In this event Envy Galore will be
happy to accommodate returns or exchanges on
hair extensions that have not been opened, worn,
or tampered with and is still in the original
packaging. This includes combed, brushed out, or
tousled with. (Hair must be able to resell)
